HomeHero Terms of Service

Effective 16 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By using HomeHero you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

2. The service

HomeHero displays and syncs your family’s calendar events and related schedule information. It is a convenience tool — it is not a guarantee that an event will or won’t happen. Always confirm important events at their source. We’re not liable for a missed or changed event.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for the accuracy of the information you add, including any information about members of your household. Keep your sign-in secure.

4. Connected calendars

You authorize HomeHero to read, and (for two-way calendars) create, edit, and delete events on the calendars you connect, on your behalf. You can disconnect a calendar at any time.

5. Subscriptions

HomeHero offers a free tier and a paid Plus subscription. Paid subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and auto-renew until cancelled; manage or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Prices are shown in-app. (Premium is not yet available.)

6. Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or overload it, no accessing accounts that aren’t yours.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

HomeHero is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Declan Martin is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed events, scheduling errors, or third-party calendar service failures.

8. Termination

You can stop using HomeHero and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.

10. Governing law & contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction]. Contact: [contact email].
